Secure Link Items is a DotNetNuke module that allows site administrators to set link permissions on a link by link basis for one or more roles and/or role groups.
It is simple to use:
1. Add the Secure Link module to your webpage. 2. Add a link to the module. 3. Edit the link to select the specific user roles or role groups that have access to you link item. (by default only administrators can see the link)
This module is based off of the existing links module but we have added the user roles and role groups to the edit page for the links. This is very handy for those who want to provide a customized menu of link items to target various roles or role groups.

Intellectual Property Ownership. The Owner retains all right, title and interest to this Software, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer codes, themes, updates, configuration files, tools, images and moral rights. The Software is protected by Federal Republic of Germany copyright law and applicable copyright laws and treaties throughout the world. All rights are reserved. The Software may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any manner or medium, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from the Owner.
Information. After installing the Software you may make a copy of the installation and/or the files for backup or archiving reasons. You are not permitted to store these files on a network server or network drive or on any public device.
Support. To make this Software as user-friendly as possible, the Owner may distribute free updates to the users. These are optional and not necessarily to install. For information about the updates contact the Owner or visit the Owner’s website (http://www.seastarsoftware.com). When experiencing problems the user has the possibility to contact the Owner.
Termination. This Agreement is valid until terminated by the user or the Owner of the Software. It may also cease automatically without any form of notice if you do not comply with any part of the Agreement. You can also end this Agreement by destroying the Software and all copies and reproductions of the Software and deleting the Software from any client server or computer on which it has been installed. Transferring the Software also terminates the Agreement.
