1) Limited Usage contracted
Obtainer may install this skin pack on any number(s) of his/ her portals and customers' portals. Maximum number of skin usage on different server(s) is 3. If this amount exceeds then obtainer needs to obtain license once again.
2) Imagery
All imagery used in our skins is royalty-free and are the fundamental part of our products. Limited-usage License gives Obtainer only privilege to use imagery to be used for web site(s) skin and further can be utilized for one project only. Any type of further usage or and distribution is forbidden.
3) Amendment/ Alterations
Obtainer is allowed to make necessary amendments/ alterations if required to realign the final outcome of its projects.
4) Unauthorized Use
Any type, shape or form or redistribution/ or resale of this skin(s) pack is strictly prohibited. Resale and/or redistribution of this skin pack is strictly prohibited in any form or shape. Obtainer is not entitled to place any of our products i.e modified or unmodified, on followings: diskette, CD/ DVD, website or any other medium can be use for redistribution/ or resale of any sort without prior written consent from our company.
5) Ownership
Obtainer shall not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products modified or unmodified.
6) No Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
